30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition

• Be returned in the original packaging

• Include all accessories and inserts that came with the product

• Not show signs of excessive wear, damage, or misuse

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with:

• Your order number

• The email used to place the order

• The reason for the return

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you receive the wrong size, color, or a defective product, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item if applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the product

• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We'll make it right by providing a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products showing signs of use beyond normal try-on

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

• Gift cards (if applicable)

• Final sale or clearance items

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, That Slide Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to our support team for assistance.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
