Order Processing

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, That Slide Shop cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your information before your order ships.


Delays

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  1. Checking around your delivery location.

  2. Asking household members or neighbors.

  3. Contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, That Slide Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, our support team will gladly assist you in filing a carrier claim whenever possible.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.


Multiple Shipments

Depending on product availability and warehouse locations, your order may arrive in multiple packages. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
